All events hosted by Playing at Learning will have a similar schedule of the day:

Morning Expos -
 10:00-10:15- Teams Check-In and set-up their displays
 10:15-10:45- Welcome and Opening Ceremony
 10:45-11:45- Reviewers talk to each team
 11:45-12:15- High 5 and Award Ceremony
 12:15-12:30- Teams pack-out

Afternoon Expos -
  2:00-2:15- Teams Check-In and set-up their displays
  2:15-2:45- Welcome and Opening Ceremony
  2:45-3:45- Reviewers talk to each team
  3:45-4:15- High 5 and Award Ceremony
  4:15-4:30- Teams pack-out
